PerfectSpot Varnish Plate
In addition to polymer-based varnish plates, we also offer rubber-coated varnish plates for the sheetfed offset. Our PerfectSpot varnish plates are manufactured with the latest level of development and the most modern production techniques for varnish plates. The high quality control of the PerfectSpot varnish plates guarantee an outstanding flatness and dimensional stability, applicable without restriction for the most common coating systems.
Our product range includes various designs for applications in packaging printing, commerical printing, spot varnishing and off-line finishing. The varnish plates are available in various thicknesses, self-adhesive, compressible and in all ordinary formats.
The new reusable PerfectSpot polymer-coated varnish plates can be easily stripped. Another special feature to prevent ink cracking with an excellent uniform varnish transfer. The PerfectSpot varnish plates are suitable to be used with Dispersion, HUV, LE, LED and UV-Varnish and available in thicknesses of 1.15 mm, 1.35 mm and 1.95 mm. The fields of application are inline and offline varnishing, spot varnishing and surface provided with a cutting protection based on PET and aluminum.
The delimitation of varnishing and varnish-free areas is made in few steps over a partial remove of the varnish plate transfer layer that strips away outside the printing machine.
