PerfectClean Q1
Technical information
The PerfectClean Q1 washcloth is made of wood pulp and PET and joined together by a laminating spunlace process. PerfectClean Q1 washcloth consists of a compact texture of excellent fluid absorption capacity thanks to its smooth characteristic. The high-grammage webbing stands out for its tear-resistant and lintfree ink and paper dust cleaning power.

The structure and quality of our new washcloth gives it a first-class result of the printer. PerfectClean Q1 is approved by Fogra and improves production periods reducing downtimes in printing.

The PerfectClean CC counter-pressure washcloth is made of polyester fibers and was specially developed for the automatic impression cylinder cleaner system for all print machines manufacturers. The PerfectClean CC counter-pressure washcloth is ideal for cleaning, ink removing and paper jamming in the impression cylinder. The excellent detergent absorption guarantees a lint-free and optimized washing result using a cost-effective washcloth. The outstanding abrasion resistance produces less washcloth waste. The Perfect-Clean CC back pressure washcloth can be also used for the perfecting press ceramic roller.
