PerfectCut CAD Flatbed Plotter
The PerfectCut Plotter is a precise and robust machine to cost-effectively cut simple and complicated forms of strippable varnish plates and offset blankets provided with a vacuum table. The production of packaging patterns is just as cost-effective as the processing of digitally printed small batches as well as folding boxes, folders, displays and standup displays.
The simply replaceable knives, the digital and mechanic pressure and depth control of the cutter offer a precise and accurately repeatable cutting of diverse materials. The adjustable boring depth of the Kis Cut prevents accidental perforation and helps the gentle material processing as well as the easily separation of cut waste material.
As a standard part of our equiptment, the PerfectCut Plotter is provided with a marking gauge roller and has a camera system for optical recognition of different marking gauges.
The dual cutting head with two independent tool holders offers a high operating comfort and saves a second round for the manufacture of goods with two functions e.g., cutting, grooving or perforating. A wide range of tools for marking, grooving and perforating are optionally available. The PerfectCut Plotter works with a low-noise belt drive. Every commercial CAD-Software used the graphic industry to cut and plot, can be installed for use.
